ROAD TO VEGAS: ARSON CITY vs THE KELLY QUINN BAND
ARSON CITY
Arson City is a 5 piece rock band, who also sometimes includes a 4 piece backing drumlins called the Horror Squad depending on the show/venue, based out of Omaha, NE that was formed in late July of 2013. Their music can be described as a theatrical style version of modern hard rock. Each song tells a story within Arson City. Since their beginning, they have released 2 EP's and the recently released full length album, "The Horror Show". A new EP is already in the works and due out Spring 2016.
Arson City is not just a musical project, but an all out concept and vision, with each member of the band portraying their own character within Arson City. The Mayor, The Doctor, The Con, The Dealer and The Enforcer. As the story goes, Arson City is filled with violence, greed, corruption, and is in a constant struggle within itself to maintain hope for those have none, strength to those who need it, and revenge for those seeking it. Not only has Arson City's music already caught on and gained them strong local and regional backing, members of their fan base have dubbed themselves as "CITIZENS." These "Citizens" come to Arson City performances, portraying their own characters, with their own stories, and have become part of the vision, part of the show and are helping to grow Arson City.
